KakiScanner Terms and Conditions – Our Online Gaming Platform Usage Guide

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and KakiScanner ("Platform", "We", or "KakiScanner"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by KakiScanner.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature or service on the KakiScanner platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

2Member Eligibility

KakiScanner reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with platform policy.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only at KakiScanner. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to:

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport and proof of current address. All submitted information will be securely processed in accordance with KakiScanner's Privacy Policy.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

KakiScanner accepts deposits via a range of secure and approved payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Internet Banking, and selected digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated, depending on the payment method selected
• KakiScanner does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, the payment provider may impose their own charges
• Deposits that are disputed or cannot be verified will be held pending completion of a review

5Withdrawal of Wins

Withdrawal of wins at KakiScanner is processed efficiently and transparently, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name

6Bonuses & Promotions

• Claimed bonus value is non-transferable and cannot be directly exchanged for cash

7Game Rules

All games offered at KakiScanner are subject to their respective game rules available within the platform. In general, the following principles apply:

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and integrity of every outcome
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on KakiScanner's system records, which are considered final
• KakiScanner reserves the right to void or cancel any game round where a clear technical error has occurred
• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during play; KakiScanner is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity disruptions on the player's end

8Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and wins, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9Account Suspension & Closure

KakiScanner reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• False or inaccurate registration information
• Suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or harmful behaviour
• Requests from the relevant authorities

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the KakiScanner customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the settlement of all outstanding obligations.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KakiScanner is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including losses from gaming activity
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical issues beyond our control, or extraordinary events (force majeure)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Actions by third parties including game software providers or payment service providers

KakiScanner takes reasonable measures to ensure the platform operates correctly and securely at all times. However, we make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or security risks.

11Privacy & Data Protection

In summary, KakiScanner:

• Only collecting data necessary to provide services and fulfil legal compliance requirements
• Not selling or disclosing your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
• Using 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layered security measures to protect your data
• Granting you the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable law

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the KakiScanner platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the following procedures:

• Step One: Contact the KakiScanner customer support team to resolve disputes internally within 30 days
• Step Two: If internal resolution fails, the dispute will be referred to an independent mediator agreed upon by both parties
• Step Three: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through the appropriate legal proceedings

Bahasa Melayu is the official language of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translation in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
